When you contact us with a question or feedback, any personal information you provide is voluntary. We collect and use only the minimum information needed for us to be able to respond to your question. Your information will be forwarded to an Officer of the Round Top Rifle Association or another authorized individual who will be able to answer your question or respond to your feedback.
Our Picture Galleries
In our Picture Galleries, we post photos from special events sponsored by the Rifle Association. In most cases, those pictures will include our members or participants in the crowd. It's not feasible to seek permission from all individuals who may appear in our photos, however we are sensitive to the fact that some individuals prefer not to appear in photos on the internet.
If we have posted a picture that contains your image, or the image of a child in your family -- and you prefer that it not be posted, please Contact Us and we will remove it immediately.
Your Browsing History
The technology that supports internet sites allows the capture of information about visitors to a web site, the pages they visit, information they request, etc. Our site is not configured to collect any personally identifiable information, to set "cookies", nor do we analyze/report the statistical information that is available. Our only goal is to make information about the Round Top Rifle Association available to interested parties.
