This rustic dancehall provides the benefits of a large event venue at an affordable price, including access to an industrially equipped kitchen.

The Details

The Hall boasts 7,000 square feet of air-conditioned and heated space, spanning two floors. Upstairs is the main hall with a beautiful hardwood floor for dancing or mingling. The smaller hall downstairs can accommodate 200 seated guests and features a long serving table and a full kitchen.

The hall in its entirety can be configured to seat between 300 - 520 guests making it perfect for events of any size.

    • Additional AC (In excess of 4 hours): $30 per hour

Notes:

  • Please contact the Hall Booking manager (979) 530-5604 with any questions.
  • A deposit of $200 is required to confirm a reservation. It will be refunded when the Hall is returned in good condition and full payment is made.
  • If the calendar permits, events can access the Hall one day in advance for set-up.
  • Additional facilities and services (e.g., bartenders, access to cooking facilities) may incur additional charges.
    • Bartenders are $10 per hour per bartender. A hall representative will determine an adequate number of bartenders based on event details.
  • Cleaning charges are not negotiable.
  • Some long-occuring family reunions and non-profit events may have a grandfathered lower rate.
