2023 marked the 151st anniversary of Schützenfest! This year's celebration included a repeat champion (20 years later!), an exciting 3-way shoot-off in the Women's competition, and Kids' champ who kept it in the family!
The 2023 Schützenkönig is Eddie Marburger, who also claimed the crown in 2003. Eddie had to hold off challenger Trey Leitko in a final shoot-out.
Morgan Limmer won the Women's Competition with a perfect score of 36 in an exciting three-way shoot-out with last year's champion, Monica Fricke and Val Hinze.
Carter Marburger kept it in the family, winning the kids' competition.
